A first-generation Entrepreneur, Public Speaker, Author, who has started his journey from scratch. A Commerce Post Graduate by qualification but Wealth Advisor by profession Mahesh, started his journey by being associated with the Bank of America and was instrumental in starting its product called LIQUITY (Loans against Equity) way back in the year 1991-92. Was awarded by the VP of Bank of America for the outstanding contribution to the growth of business in this region. After serving various other organisations, an entrepreneurial bug bit him and started his own stock broking firm in the year 1994. He is now the CEO of Golechha Capital Pvt Ltd, which deals in Stock Broking, Commodity Broking, Currency Broking and host of Wealth generating products like AIF, PMS etc. He is also the Master Franchisee of Motilal Oswal Financial Services and also few other AMC’s of India. Very recently he is also journeying into the Venture Capital Industry famously known as Startup Funding Area. Under his leadership Golechha Capital has been the Winner of Outstanding Partner for Motilal Oswal for the year 2018 and 2019, Winner of Hyderabad City ICON Award for Capital and Equity Awards by Radio City.

 

He has been awarded as an Outstanding President of JCI India- 2012- Runner Up, Most Accomplished Member of JCI INDIA -2011- Winner, Outstanding New Lom -2012- Winner, ZONE KAMALPATRA Award-2012- Winner , OUTSTANDING HGF/JFM Award -Runner Up 2010, Outstanding LOM Bulletin Award -2012 Winner also served Zone in the capacity of Zone Editor titled a Bi-monthly bulletin called “heartbeat”, also it was under his capacity as Convention Secretary of the JCI India NATCON- 2011, the National Convention of JCI India was held in Hyderabad in 2011. During his Presidential term the chapter has bagged 4 National Awards and individually he is Winner of 6 National Awards, many Regional and Zone Awards.

 

He is also an Outstanding Chairman and Parliamentary Procedures participant of JCI India. In JCI, he is also bagged the award as Outstanding Effective Public Speaker, Outstanding Zone Trainer and Outstanding PRIME and National Trainer, He has also been Pilot Coach at premier public speaking course of JCI called SPEECHCRAFT, Faculty of Zone Trainer Workshop and has conducted training workshops for JCI, LIONS, Rotary, schools colleges and corporates. He is also associated with Mahaveer International-Sec-bad, Hyderabad Management Association, VP Of College Alumni Association, RGA, to name a few.

 

He has also authored a book on Public Speaking titled “Be a Champion”.

 

JITO : As a member of JITO Hyderabad he had the opportunity to serve the organisation right from the Founder Chairman Shri Gautam Pokarna’s term as Co-Editor of JITO HYD Bulletin in JITO EXPO -2011 to Shri Dhiraj Kapadia as the Founder Chairman of JITO HYD YOUTH WING, to Shri Prashant Shrimal’s term as Secretary, Shri Motilal Bhalghat’s term as the Core Comm Member of JITO Expo, to Shri Narendra Surana’s term as Secretary, Shri Manoj Dugar’s term as Chief Secretary, in which, apart from other projects and programmes, he spearheaded to launch JPF Hyderabad in a very grand way, to Shri Kushal Kankaria’s term again as Chief Secretary during which JBN Hyderabad is being launched.

 

He is married to Reshma, who is a devoted homemaker and both of them make their life meaningful in guiding their kids, Darsh, a BBA and ACCA graduate pursuing his CFA and a Fintech Startup and Naman, a BBA LLB graduate in the making.
